Feeding table / longitudinal conveyor Here we offer our longitudinal conveyor. The speed with which the tree trunks are fed can be adjusted at the firewood harvester. To do this, please select the type of unit you have. In the event your model is not contained in the list, please get in touch with us. We shall find a solution. If the longitudinal conveyor is not suitable for a specific firewood harvester, please chose the strongest motor. The basic model has got a length of approx. 1500 mm which you can extend, any number of times, by another 1500 mm. The positions of the spiked rollers may be chosen freely. By means of roller chains the spiked rollers are interconnected. The first roller is coupled onto the motor. Thus, all the rollers are driven. The roller chains slide into the side bolsters.. You can chose the number of spiked rollers. Our recommendation: In case of a feeding table measuring 1.5 metres  => 3 rollers In case of a feeding table measuring 3 metres => 5 rollers In case of a feeding table measuring 4.5 metres => 7 rollers   Dispatch on a pallet, the costs for this amount to approx. 75 Euros.

Linked chain for spiked roller By means of the link chains double chain wheels, the spiked rollers are interconnected and all the rollers are thus driven. The link chains are available for various centre distances. The distance is measured shaft centre to shaft centre.

Oil engine with welding holder and drive pinion The drive motors, in conjunction with our spiked rollers and the matching pinion, are specially adapted to the speed of various firewood harvesters. For assembly onto your construction, we supply a welding holder with a thickness of 10 mm. If you want to find a matching motor for e.g. a Tajfun firewood harvester, please select the type of device you have got. In the event that it is not contained in the list, please get in touch with us. We shall find a solution! If the speed is not suitable for a specific firewood harvester, please chose the strongest motor.

Spiked roller By means of the spiked rollers tree trunks are fed on a cutting device. The rollers can be mounted with various distances from each other. Then they are simply interconnected by means of the link chain's double chain wheels. Please find information on the the matching chains and drive motors in our shop. You can chose the suitable drive motor for your firewood harvester to make sure that the feeding speeds match each other. The spiked rollers are supplied including the two pillow blocks (flanged bearings) and the double chain wheel. Our rollers are equipped with 8 carriers to guarantee a calm run. The shaft is made of heat-treated tempering steel which is three times as stable as e.g. S235 (St37).

Threaded plate for our spiked rollers The threaded plates may be welded onto e.g. a square tube 40x80 and then the spiked rollers may be fastened to it by means of M12 screws. Through oblong holes in the pillow block bearings of the spiked rollers and the tapped holes arranged one behind the other, the chain can be tensioned.
